KNOT-F

KNOT-F is a fully automatic machine for the assembly of wide range of products (cups, flat, conical, shaft) twisted knot brushes. The consolidated experience on KNOT-A combined with the technology of the assembly station, create an efficient machine with limited operator supervision.

The KNOT-F has a highly configurable assembly station that faithfully follows the type of brush construction; the assembly layout is “in line” composed of the number of dedicated stations for the correct assembly of the finished product. The machine includes in the software the control of the knot with rose end, straight or trim.
