It is Unmac’s extreme conviction that customer service should be one of the cornerstones of our company. Mr. Giovanni Virgulti, Electrical Technical Office Manager, has been named the head of the Technical Support Service Department of Unimac.
Giovanni has nearly 25 years’ experience working in Unimac, having joined Unimac in 1995. Giovanni has developed a deep knowledge of all the Unimac machines produced in the past two decades and those being developed today and those being engineered for the future.
Unimac’s goals with this new initiative are:
- Unimac’s Technical Support will always be by the customer’s side to provide customers with the necessary assistance.
- Supporting customers through application consulting, making available all the mechanical, IT and electronic skills resulting from the experience of over 20 years of presence in the Industry;
- Unimac wants to be recognized as a strong partner for our customers, and we want to give clear and precise assistance in a timely fashion.
